Join Kevin and I talk about arrogance versus confidence, redefining the term Alpha male and chatting candidly about purpose and cognitive mastery development.
Kevin Matthew Aillaud spent over a decade in the fitness industry, training individuals on how to achieve peak physical fitness. Recognizing a gap between the mindset and capability of athletes, he turned to neuroscience, psychology, philosophy, social dynamics, and cellular biology to find a new way to coach his athletes. The results were more than he expected.
Having come from a childhood of abuse, abandonment, and neglect and an early adulthood of trauma where shame and guilt ran his life, his research did more to shift his own mindset into that of an influential and irresistible man of confidence than he ever could have imagined. As his own personal growth and development skyrocketed, he passed on his knowledge to his clients who have found uncanny success with women and dating, business and wealth, and health and fitness.
Kevin created The Alpha Male Coach brand and his purpose is to define the term Alpha Male and, through the process of causal coaching, to show men the path to limitless success and cognitive evolution. He is a public and keynote speaker, one-on-one causal coach, and author.

What does it mean to be truly sexually satisfied? Do you have a desire discrepancy in your relationship? How can you talk to your children about sex and sexual health in a meaningful way? In reference to sex, do you like having the same meal three times a week, or do you want to dine at the all you can eat buffet? These are all questions Jennifer and I talk about in today’s episode, where we start peeling back the layers of understanding sex and some ways you can bring this conversation up with your intimate partner.
Jennifer Litner, Ph.D., LMFT, CST is a licensed psychotherapist and sexuality educator who is passionate about helping people navigate sexuality-related concerns. Jennifer specializes in sex and relationship therapy and helping people work through life transitions and anxiety.

How do you take care of yourself and all your parts? We don’t just navigate this world with one personality, but multiple personalities that appear in different situations. Take your relationships for example. Have you ever seen a nasty side of you come out during conflict? One that you don’t even recognize?
Today I speak with a friend and coach, Chris Wilson about crafting conscious relationships and what it means to be self-led in a relationship. We even chat about the magical kitchen metaphor and the embodiment of multiplicity of self vs. the myth of the monolithic personality.
It’s an episode that dives deep into how we can care for ourselves and stop looking at our partners as the person who will fix us or save us. That is something you can do for yourself, with deep love and compassion.
Chris Wilson is a student and teacher of deep somatic healing and connection work. He spends most of his time holding space with men practicing, learning, and sharing. In his late 20’s he experienced a massive anxiety attack that rocked his world and connected him to his body in new and profound ways.
This event inspired his mission to create spaces and programs for men to discover their inner ability to connect, heal and grow as open-hearted leaders. Chris discovered his practice calling him to follow in the Mahayana Buddhist tradition of the path of bodhicitta – The aim to fully awaken our heart and mind, not just for our own greater well-being but also to bring benefit and wisdom to other living beings.
In this way, he sees his work as open, creative, and inviting to all who want to connect deeply with their life, relationships, and purpose. He often smiles, cries, and laughs at the gift of being able to share this work.

We’ve only started to scratch the surface of understanding how trauma impacts our bodies and our intimate relationships. From small to large traumas they shape who we are and how we interact with the world. So today, I had the immense pleasure of chatting with a friend and trauma-informed coach about her story, emotional trauma, the fight-flight-fawn-freeze responses and how it shows up in our relationships. We even talked about healthy anger expression.
Lea Morrison is a trauma-informed coach, healer and stress management teacher who incorporates a bottom-up approach to trauma care through nervous system regulation, vibrational healing, conscious awareness, and meditation. After climbing out of a lifetime of trauma herself, she has dedicated her career to helping others remember who they are underneath all of the stories of pain, shame and grief. Empowering each client back home to the greatness of who they really are.
